[Resolved]  Razorpay — irctc refund

My irctc transaction id [protected], an amount of rs. 4520.0 date 23/02/2019. Please my amount credited in account. And shortlist my problem shortlist imeditly.
Railway ticket booking date[protected].
But amount deduct 4520.00 and ticket not booked. Resion "confirm birth not to meet".
And please my respective amount credited in transaction bank account.
