[Resolved]  Razorpay — irctc refund delay

I have book my train ticket on 25.5.18 from visakhapatnam to secunderabad and i made payment through razorpay by tej upi app on irctc website. My account debited rs.1680/- but ticket not booked. I mailed to [protected]@razorpay.com but no reply. I tried calling their no.[protected] which was useless.

Kindly process my transaction and refund me my amount of rs
1680/- at the earliest.

We checked the transaction with the UPI reference number[protected] and see that it is an unsuccessful transaction. As there is a debit for the same, please note that the amount will be credited back to your account in 7-10 working days. And we have updated the same over the mail with ticket reference 199961.
