[Resolved]  Razorpay — irctc ticket booking

I booked a train ticket on 14 the october
In irctc through razorpay payment
On 14-10-18 to vpa razorpay. [protected]@hdfcbank (Upi ref no[protected].
On that time the payment was successful i thought the ticket is being booked
But it was not booked and showing payment pending from bank end.
I lost the priority in booking there was no intimation also very worst razor pay

We checked the payment id: pay_B9ZYWBGMmNdige and see that this is an unsuccessful transaction. If the funds have been debited and you have not got a ticket confirmation from IRCTC, you will receive the refund credit in 10 working days. You may also track your refund through this link - https://razorpay.com/support/#refund.
