[Resolved]  Razorpay — irctc ticket booking failure

Hi razorpay team,

Hi team,

On 11th march 2019, i tried to book online ticket from madurai to tambaram (Mdu-tbm) using irctc mobile app.

The payment was attempted using the upi address linked to my bank (Facilitated by razorpay).

The payment seemed to be successful as the amount was debited from my bank account. However, no ticket got booked.

I finally attempted an alternate method of payment to complete my booking.

Hence requesting you to kindly help and co-ordinate in order to refund my amount.

Details of the failed transaction is as below.

Hi Ninad, we checked the transaction ID: [protected] with the reference number[protected] and see that this is an unsuccessful transaction. The same will be auto-refunded to your account in 7-10 working days. You may check the status of your IRCTC transaction over here: https://razorpay.com/support/#refund.

Can u tell was it failed or should I have to wait?

Pls let me know when will my amount be refunded?
Can I book tickets again or should i wait for the above transaction to process?

Hey Sai,

We checked the transaction ID: 100001709504403 and see that the refund has been successfully processed on 8th March 2019. You may check your IRCTC txn status here on this link - https://razorpay.com/support/#refund with the IRCTC txn id.
