[Resolved] Razorpay — irctc ticket booking, payment debited | |
I booked irctc ticket using irctc mobile app.in payment options i selected the razorpay payment option. The amount was debited from my card but the ticket is not booked. Irctc ticket status is showing that pending from bank end. Please refund my money, attached the screenshot for reference. This is the first time i selected razorpay payment gateway, and it failed. Verified Support Jul 24, 2018 Razorpay Customer Care's response Hi, We checked our logs and see that the txn ref: [protected] is an unsuccessful transaction and the amount for the same will be refunded to your account within 7-10 working days.
