[Resolved]  Razorpay — irctc ticket not booked but account debited by google pay

I have booked a ticket from irctc app on 13.09.2019 and made payment through google pay, amount deducted but ticket not booked. Nothing is showing in irctc app. Amount yet not refunded. Please let me know when does the amount gets refunded in my account or my ticket will me booked instead. Kindly resolve the issue at the earliest. Screenshot of payment attached.

Hi.,
This is what I am writing once again.. As I was paying money in cashbean.. But the transaction got stuck in your razor pay software pv.. When I asked cashbean they said they haven't received payment. Kindly, make it on urgent Base.. Please help. My amount 1955 got stuck and I really need it back..

Hi Team,

I book my tickets on 12/09/2019 22:28 Hrs With Transaction id [protected] and money was deducted from my account but Irctc shows fail Transaction. Money was not Received from your side.

Please let me know when it will refund back to the bank account.
