[Resolved] Razorpay — irctc ticket refund not credited to account

I have done a ticket on 6 may 2018. But today 21 may, but not any refund credit to my account. Please help me
My transaction id on irctc transaction is
[protected]
And payment made by rozorpay and sbi debit card
Please check what is the issue in that transection
I need money urgently.
Today totally 15 days and minimum 10 working days over .

Please solve my problem
