On April 9 2021 I had paid Rs 1329 for my grofer order through Amazon pay. Money got debited from my account. But grofer confirmed they did not get the money. i was adding money to my 'supr daily' wallet for an order, i did that with paytm app and the upi address where the money was to be sent was showing [protected]@mairtel and then it automatically came back to supr app. it was showing waiting for payment confirmation for a long time. i contacted the app's customer care service and when i ended the call it showed the payment took a long time and something like that and RETRY and the money wasn't sent their.
