[Resolved] Razorpay — Money deducted but not refund | |
I tried to book tickets via irctc on date 31 August 2020 via googlepay. The money was deducted and googlepay showed that the payment had been done. But irctc account showed failed payment and the tickets were not booked. The money was not refunded to my account. Aug 31, 2020 Complaint marked as Resolved Today I booked tickets but the in irctc account it show it was failed and I will pay the amount from google pay app and it Deducted.
My tickets was not booked so please refund my amount. Razorpay customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |
