[Resolved] Razorpay — money deducted but order not received | |||||
I placed an order on 21st june, 2018 with pizza hut. The payment gateway was of razorpay. The amount was deducted but i received no intimation from pizza hut. If such worthless gateways are still being used, then people will be looted of their money. Gateways like razorpay should be thrown out of the country. For transaction ID - [protected] the amount of Rs 1240 has been debited through the Razorpay option in the Irctc app but the transaction was cancelled, hence tickets not booked. So pls look in the matter and provide me with the refund.

We checked the UPI reference no. 817014657836 and see that it is an unsuccessful transaction. If funds have been debited from your account, you will receive the credit within 7-10 working days, failing which please drop us a mail to support@razorpay.com and we will have this looked into.
