[Resolved]  Razorpay — money deducted but payment not done

Hai.. I am sk latif from kolkata
. I purchase some medicine from medlife.. Then i pay money through Rozar pay payment gateway. And my money also deduct from account.. And message also come.. But again it is showing pay now in medlife app. My amount is 755. On 31st march.2019. Pls do the needful action to get back my money. My payment id is pay_CDxjbPWPjFE2lz. And Purchase date 31 st march.. Thanks

I made order no 16116 on shopkin. In on 27th March. Till date shopkin not responding nor have any tracking criteria. Moreover company made there telephone number to unreachable. I made payment through ur gateway.. Plz do needful
