[Resolved] Razorpay — money deducted but showing pending from bank's end while no refund is generated after 4 days | |||
Sir i had booked a ticket from irctc on 20th june 2018 12:41 am through googlepay, powered by 'razorpay'.₹305.49 was deducted from my account but in the "failed transaction history"of my irctc account it is showing that "the transaction is pending from bank's end" the transaction id was-[protected]. Even after 5 days i have not got any refund.. Kindly look into it.. I have attached the screenshots of google pay as well as irctct transaction details.. Was this information helpful? | |||
