[Resolved] Razorpay — money deducted from account but showing failed transaction | |
Hello, I tried to book a ticket on 19th august, 2019 with transaction id [protected] on irctc through razorpay and did the payment via google pay. An amount of 3061.80 was deducted from my account however when i open the irctc app it says failed transaction due to no response from bank end. Will my money be refunded and if so by when?
