[Resolved]  Razorpay — money deducted from account but showing failed transaction

Hello,

I tried to book a ticket on 19th august, 2019 with transaction id [protected] on irctc through razorpay and did the payment via google pay. An amount of 3061.80 was deducted from my account however when i open the irctc app it says failed transaction due to no response from bank end. Will my money be refunded and if so by when? Please help me to resolve the issue as soon as possible.
