Razorpay — money deducted while booking a ticket but not refunded.

I have tried to book a ticket on 12th june from my debit card via razorpay. The amount was deducted but ticket was not booked. Its has been more than 2 days but the amount is not refunded to my account. Kindly look into the matter and redress my issue as soon as possible.
