Razorpay — Money got deducted but order not placed

I tried to place order on https://www.tekkitake.com for iphone 11 case, as there was a cashback offer for upi payment, i made payment through upi using phonepe app. This payment was handled by razorpay, while i was trying to make payment using phonepe my money got deducted i have sent all the money but razorpay keeps waiting for the money, its stuck on the upi payment waiting screen, and now i have lost my money and my order was not even created.
