[Resolved] Razorpay — money not refunded

I did a payment of rs 6500 on 9/sep/2018 it showed payment sucessful and money was deducted but it was not credited to the receivers account and after 5 days on 14 sep i got a email that your payment was failed and money will be refunded with 7 days but even after 10 days still i didn't get a refund i'm extremely disappointed by this service. Razarpay wasted my 15 days and not refunded the money

Amount of Rs 1894/- was deducted for renual of my bike- Tvs star sport! MH07N 8915 previous policy no 164501/31/2018/3040 by Aco general insurance ltd. But neither given acknowledgement receiot nor send renewed policy
