Hi I'm jeyakumar Today i booked ticket in IRCTC app, the money dedected but the train ticket was not booked . please refund the amount the upi ref no[protected]. Please do take the response quickly and refund the money, next time do better. . That's all take a response to solve the problem.. Reply with the complaint please refund the amount... I am Girish.
On 3rd of july, I used Razorpay gateway for irctc booking at 12.01 pm
Money got deducted, but ticket is not booked.
When will i get the refund amount.
Transaction ID:[protected].
180 RS IS DEDUCTED.
But still id did not get the money back
kindly Do the needful to refund my amount.
Pls clarify...
We checked the UPI ref no: 818412948161 and see that the refund for this transaction has been successfully processed on 8th July 2018. Please feel free to write back to us for any further details.
