[Resolved]  Razorpay — overcharged

I had applied for passport renewal. The fee for renewal was INR 1500/- but Razorpay charged me INR 4000/-
On complaining to their customer care they say that 1500 was reissue fee and 2500 was consultation fee.
I have never heard in my life about consultation fee in getting passport renewed. Basically they're accusing the government of bribe and corruption and not returning the overcharged amount of 2500.

I have order iphone from flipkart flash sale.com site on 5th april 2019 and i pay through debit card online Rs 3000. But still i didn't receive any package or confirmation mail. It's a fake site. It is very huge amount for us to loss. Please refund my money.

My IRCTC booking from razorpay didn't go through. The ticket says payment pending from bank end. I didn't know razorpay is a sloppy payment portal. Please kindly confirm whether my payment went through this my Reservation ID: [protected]. Should I wait or book a mother ticket and I need to travel.
