Razorpay — Payment debited but product not received

Sir,
i downloaded an app namely shoppers App and it was recieving orders and was paying commission. As such type of scams are there so was contemplating of not using it but after i saw the payment getting transferred through shoppers app i got convinced of its authenticity and thus started to invest with 10000 which was subsequently paid back an thereafter 50000 whivh was also paid back an at last i invested Rs 1 lac using your payment gateway on 28th jan 2021, but the app stopped working after that and further the products they were showing as purchases also vnever got delivered.
I am also not able to raise a request a refund claim on your website, hence it is requested to kindly do the needful from your end.
