[Resolved]  Razorpay — Payment deducted but order details/confirmation not provided

I recently paid for an order on the Jockey India website. I've contacted Jockey support and they say that there was a payment gateway issue due to which the amount has not been credited to them. However this is contrary to what razorpay track payment states with the payment ID as it says that amount has been credited to Jockey. Due to the faulty payment system it is unclear as to where my money is. Jockey says razorpay hasn't credited t and razorpay says it has credited.
