[Resolved] Razorpay — payment deducted from my account but shown in loan account

Hi On 04july 2019, i tried to clear my loan in cashbeen making payment using mobikwick upi. My money got deducted but transaction not completed. I raised complaint with cashbeen, they say transaction was not successful. I can check in mobikwick, that transaction is successful toward Mobikik payment details Pcfinancial. I tried to book tickets via irctc on 3rd Sep 2019 via googlepay. The money was deducted and googlepay showed that the payment had been done. But irctc account showed failed payment and the tickets were not booked. The money was not refunded to my account.
