[Resolved]  Razorpay — payment failed but amount deducted

My name is nikita. I ordered at pizza hut and made payment with razorpay gateway on 06/04/2018 at 1 pm. Amount of rs 692 was deducted but ordered is not placed at pizza hut. My transaction id is pay_9vqstxj2yawuze. One day passed and still amount is not refunded to me. If these type of gateways are there then there is a strict need to take serious action against them. Kindly look into this matter seriously and refund my amount as soon as possible
