I recently decided to use Razorpay (again) for my online business as I needed support for UPI and RuPay cards. But yet again, Razorpay decided to be the terrible payment gateway they have always been. My KYC application was accepted and in about 2 days, I receive an email which says: "unfortunately, we would not be able to support your business as the bank has not approved your account for activation." I then tried to contact their incompetent customer support as as expected, they say that they are not a part of the activation team and cannot give me any details. The support representative "escalated" my issue and I received a tracking number to check the status of my support request. I do not in anyway recommend Razorpay to any business as they are highly incompetent to their customers.
