[Resolved]  Razorpay — railyatri kmbt bus ticket refund

Hi team,

August 11th evening i booked kmbt travells and payed money 2579/- from sbi. Money has been deducted and ticket not booked
: (. Contacted railytri customer care and they told that they did not receive money. So can you please look at the issue and refund my money

Sir, I booked my ticket. But the ticket is not booked. When I see my last transaction it shows that pending from bank end.what should I do
I do not have any active ECS deduction, however, they have deducted 500 rs from my acc and also they tried debiting 1000 rs which has affected my cibil score. I have escalated to RBI. I need immediate action on this.

We checked the transaction with the UPI reference number - 823115658005 and see that it is a unsuccessful transaction.
