[Resolved]  Razorpay — razorpay - irctc money deducted but ticket shows pending from bank. (bhim)

Booked railway ticket through irctc app. Amount - 590.00. Used razorpay bhim upi to pay. Money got debited but ticket status shows pending from bank.

Date of booking - 26th dec 2018
Transaction id (Irctc) - [protected]
Upi transaction reference[protected]

Why does razorpay fail like this? Kindly resolve this at the earliest. Please let me know if you need further details.

Ihave ordered one dressfor the amount of 549rs in https://Avoonik.com on[protected].
My order status is still 'processing' and i have not received any shipping and tracking details from them. I have paid money on October 31 its been a month nearly, I have waited for the order to be delivered. Kindly help me to refund my money please

I had booked an IRCTC train ticket through Razorpay via transaction Id [protected] but the ticket was not booked. The status in IRCTC is 'no response from bank.' However the amount was debited from my account. Please provide the refund.
