Booked railway ticket through irctc app. Amount - 590.00. Used razorpay bhim upi to pay. Money got debited but ticket status shows pending from bank. Date of booking - 26th dec 2018 Transaction id (Irctc) - [protected] Upi transaction reference[protected] Why does razorpay fail like this? Kindly resolve this at the earliest. Verified Support Dec 28, 2018 Razorpay Customer Care's response Hi, We checked the transaction [protected] and see that it is an unsuccessful transaction. I had booked an IRCTC train ticket through Razorpay via transaction Id [protected] but the ticket was not booked. The status in IRCTC is 'no response from bank.' However the amount was debited from my account. Please provide the refund.

My order status is still 'processing' and i have not received any shipping and tracking details from them. I have paid money on October 31 its been a month nearly, I have waited for the order to be delivered. Kindly help me to refund my money please
