Razorpay — Razorpay- payment issue while shopping on banggood.com | |||
Dear sir/madam, I have ordered a product from banggood.com on 06 Jan 2020 of Rs.1637. 01 using UPI through phonepe to ([protected]@mairtel) and Payment gateway was razorpay, the amount was debited successfully from bank. But the payment was not processed till now. It says "payment pending" in order status. I have confirmed with banggood customer care they confirmed that payment had not reached them till now. So, the order was not confirmed. Kindly look on to the issue and refund the amount as soon as possible. Waiting for your reply.
