[Resolved] Razorpay — razorpay ticket booking failed but amount deducted by tez app upi

Money deducted from bank account, ticket not booked Have tried to book a ticket (Irctc mobile app) from clt to nzm on 24/05/2018 and payment mode was razorpay. 4051rs deducted from my bank account and ticket has not been booked. We are unable to locate any transaction with the screenshot provided. Kindly drop us a mail to [protected]@razorpay.com with the IRCTC transaction ID starting with 10000... and the UPI reference number, we will look into this and update you on the same mail thread at the earliest.
