[Resolved] Razorpay — razorpay upi payment failure in irctc app | |||||
Dear razorpay, While trying to book train tickets on 11-june-2018 in irctc app, i used upi & razorpay payment option. However, money was deducted from my bank and was not credited to irtc. As a result, tickets were not booked and i got a failed transaction confirmation from irctc. Please refund my money asap!! Verified Support Jun 15, 2018 Razorpay Customer Care's response Hi Deepak, We checked the transaction with UPI ID[protected] and see that this is an unsuccessful transaction. If there has been a debit for this transaction, the amount will be credited to your account within 10 working days.
