[Resolved] Razorpay — refund

Hi razorpay,

I have tried to book a smart band on 28 dec 18 from banggood app through razorpay gateway. My transaction got failed & product was not ordered but money got deducted from my account.
My order number is 59282608.

Please check & advice when i can get my refund back. Your earliest response is highly appreciated

There is a transaction done on Raz razorpay softwarep bengaloure on 13/11/2018.
Can you please share the details of this transaction
I have no sms or mail about this transaction and my CC statement is showing payment done to you .
