[Resolved] Razorpay — refund money for train tickets

I have booked train tickets on google pay on 29th october 2019, but i haven't get train tickets and money has been deducted from account. I have complaint to google pay many times and they said me to wait for 5-7 days, now they are not responding to my complaints and they haven't take any action on my complaint. Please help me refund my money back. Please do any action for this as soon as possible
