[Resolved] Razorpay — refund not credited
I booked ticket on 20th feb. The transaction was unsuccessful but money was credited to irctc. I haven't received any refund till date. Kindly refund my money immediately. My irctc id is bplusrahul and transaction id is [protected].
Upi id for transaction is[protected]. I have already sent email at your email address but there is no reply from your side and your helpline number is not working. Very poor service you are providing. You should shut down your company. Really ridiculous. Very much upset.
