[Resolved] Razorpay — refund not processed | |||
They have told me a refund initiated by them on aug 28 2019 of amount 504 to my sbi credit card. But refund is not processed till now. The refund is initiated by shuttle. Already i have connected to them and they have ask me to connect with charge back team of sbi. But sbi charge back team confirm me that they have not recived the refund. I have drop multiple mails to sbi and razorpay but not get any positive answer. I am unable to understand where is my money gone? Was this information helpful? | |||
