[Resolved] Razorpay — refund not processed for a failed transaction | |||
Hi razorpay, I didn't get my refund for a failed transaction using razorpay on irctc app. I have the shared the details of the transaction below in a screenshot and let me know if any other details are required. Please look into this issue and get it resolved as soon as possible. Let me know if the refund amount will be deposited in my bank account which initiated the transaction. We have updated you with the transaction details for which a refund rfnd_A3jnmDxkls9BMI has been successfully processed as on 21st April 2018 .The ticket reference for the mail is 184038 . Kindly check the mail thread for updates on the same.
