[Resolved]  Razorpay — refund of my failure irctc transaction

Respect sir
I am ravita devi
I have booked tickets from bte to pnp
On 11march two time and amount will deduct by razorpay from my bank account but ticket could not booked both time.
My irctc transition id [protected]
And [protected]
Reason of fail - no response from bank
Bank name - razorpay
So please sir just refund my both time amount
