Razorpay — Refund us initiated but didn't get money

I try to order a pizza from pizza hut so money is deducted from my account but the order is not placed so raise a request to razorpay but nothing is happening.
Date of money detected: 6th jan 2020 9:15 pm
Refund initiation date: 9th jan 2020 9:21 pm
I attached some screen shoot and transaction id so please help me to get my money back

Still, you are not able to resolve my issue its almost 1 month. If this your service then sorry but you don't have a good service a customer is a westing our time to raise the multiple requests but you guys are never taking it seriously.
You said to me that your refund will definitely be done on Wednesday but its Friday today and nothing is happening.
You have to take care of you customers if your not able to provide the satisfaction of the customer then what is your purpose.
same on this type of the service.
