[Resolved] Razorpay — regarding my refund

This is third time i'm posting a complaint here because i didn't get any solution from previous ones. My complaint is about my money which got deducted from my bank account when i tried to book a ticket from irctc through your razorpay gateway. It's more than 25 days i don't get my money, it's my request please refund my money into my account soon.

Razorpay Customer Care's response Hi Jai, we checked the transaction : [protected] and see that a refund: rfnd_AhTM4tD1WcWdaL of amount ₹ 830.00 was successfully processed at our end on 4th Aug, 2018. Also the transaction: [protected] of amount ₹ 385.00 is an unsuccessful transaction.

Recently I tried to booked a ticket from Thalassery to Thane(11.09.18), amount is deducted from my account but ticket hasn't booked. Please help me sort out this, i use bhim through razorpay. Transaction details are attached..

We checked the transaction 825414130959 and see that the same is unsuccessful at our end, the transaction will be refunded to your account in 7-10 working days. You can also drop in your request on https://razorpay.com/contact/ for further details regarding your transaction.
