Razorpay — regarding my refund

It's more then a month when I posted a complaint about my transaction failure . When I tried to book a ticket from IRCTC through UPI by razorpay gateway so my money had deducted but ticket not booked. Today it's more than a month I don't get any refund from razorpay side.
So please tell me it's from razorpay side or my back side.
Kindly please pay attention on my problem
