Hi have attempted to book the ticket and the transaction was failed and I didn't get the ticket but the amount was deducted. the transaction was last week Thursday 05.07.2018. but still, I didn't receive the refund. so kindly refund my amount. My transaction id: [protected] CHENNAI EGMORE ( MS) MADURAI JN ( MDU) Transaction Date: 5-Jul-2018 Transaction Amount: 1050.0 Payment Status: Amount Received From Bank Failure Reason: Unable to perform Transaction due to Internal error.
