I have tried to make an order in soul india website on december 15th 2018 for which order wasn’t confirmed but the amount is deducted. I have attached photo o[censored]pi & transaction id.

I would request you to address the issue as early as possible.

Hii sir, today i have book ticket 4 ticket from mumbai to shirdi for date 21-01-19.payment has deducted from my account but the ticket has not booked .its showing in failed transaction ..i have book from Bhim upi .please help me to refund my fund..

We checked our logs for the transaction 100001620301761 and see that a refund has been processed successfully on Jan 13th, 2019 for the same. The refund status can be traced here https://razorpay.com/support/#refund.
