[Resolved]  Razorpay — regarding refund of irctc ticket

Dear sir as i booked ticket from bhim app through razorpay. The ticket is not booked and refund till date not credited to my bank account. While communicating with razorpay gives feedback that refund initiated at 11march but so much awaiting till date refund not credited.. Worst and frustrated experience from razorpay. Just holding money and not refunding back. Pls help the needful and find attached file.

I do not want ticket reference. I want refund.all details are attached why ur giving ticket reference.Just refund my amount which as per ur communication initiated at 11 march.and will process 5 to 7 days.now 14 days over.till not getting refund.That's it.
