[Resolved] Razorpay — regarding transaction failure | |||
Today I book two tickets from IRCTC app but the money has been deducted from my account and tickets are not booked .So please refund my money as fast you can.so it is my humble request please refund my money in my bank account . And also tell me the reason of failed transaction.Because of your failure in transition today I faced many problems. Thanks Was this information helpful? | |||

Verified Support Jul 31, 2018 Razorpay Customer Care's response Hi Jai, We checked the txn no:[protected] and see that it was an unsuccessful txn. As there has been a debit for this, pls note the amount will be credited back to u in 7-10 days. For further updates please follow the mail thread with reference number 229324.
