Razorpay — Settlement on hold

Dear team
My payment are hold on rozorpay account from 2 months
I summited all bills and invoice after that they says your problem solve within 2 days and they contact us for more clarification but they didn't do anything I report many times on their dashboard but they don't do any action my payment are on hold from 2 months.
Please solve my problem
