I haven't received my refund amount, i made a purchase for flight tickets and cancelled them on april 15th, 2019. Please help me get my refund as the merchant is not responding and it has been more than a month since i requested for the cancellation. Please do the needful and help me as my hard earned money is stuck between razorpay and the merchant. Was this information helpful? | |

I booked one kurta on 12/05/2019 which payment was debited from my bank and credited to [protected]@hdfc upi/[protected] but refund is not received till date.
Normally ticket refund for failed transaction is received automatically but this time i have not received despite complaining multiple time.
