[Resolved] Razorpay — ticket didn't get booked but money deducted | |||
Hi, 18/04/2018, i booked the ticket from using razorpay via upi but ticket didn't got booked but money was deducted from the bank account. I had booked a railway ticket in irctc mobile app using razorpay upi. The money is deducted from my account but ticket is not booked and also not listed in refund list of irctc showing payment not settled, but my money is deducted from by bank. Please refund my money. Verified Support Apr 21, 2018 Razorpay Customer Care's response Hi Veeru, We are unable to locate any transaction at our end with this transaction ID. Kindly drop us a mail to [protected]@razorpay.com with the screenshot of the transaction or UPI reference number if this was a UPI transaction, we will have this looked into and update you on the mail thread.
