[Resolved] Razorpay — ticket not booked in irctc | |
My irctc ticket transaction id:[protected] is showing a status of pending from bank end, but my money debitted from bank. My transaction mode was upi using google pay app Kindly provide a solution for the above asap. Do i require to book another ticket for the same? Or will it be settled for irctc? Verified Support Jan 17, 2019 Razorpay Customer Care's response Hey Jyoti, We checked our logs and see that the transaction with UPI reference number[protected] is an unsuccessful transaction and hence you have not received tickets for the same. The refund for this transaction will be credited to your account with 7-10 working days.
