[Resolved] Razorpay — ticket refund not received even after 10 days | |||||
I booked a train ticket worth 380rs by using irctc connect app and paid the amount using razorpay-upi. The ticket was booked but for some reasons i cancelled the ticket and it's been 10 days refund amount isn't deposited to my respective bank. Irctc is showing that the amount deposited to razorpay but these guys aren't depositing to my account. I booked two train tickets 940 rs.booking is failed .and ammaunt is deduct from my account.irctc refund mail is received after one day. but rozorpay is not provide my ammaunt after 25 day.i request please provide my ammaunt in my bank account.thanks

We checked our logs with regard to the transaction 100001244411089 and see that the refund has been processed successfully for the same.
