Hello razorpay, My irctc payment using razorpay payment gateway got failed twice today on 12th october. Amount debited from bank but not received refund. On irctc status of these transaction is - failed transaction ; ticket not booked. Transaction i'd 1) irctc transaction id-[protected] 2) upi transaction id[protected] Kindly check and process my refund Screenshot attached for the irctc failed transaction for more information...
