Irctc booking from cstm to sangmeshwar of mandovi express on 28 march 2019

Neither ticket booked nor cancelled. How do i know if ticket is going to get booked or transaction will be cancelled?
Should i book ticket again? What about this transaction? Pending status gets cancelled or confirmed?
Please reply urgently as i need to book the tickets urgently..
