Razorpay — Unauthorized charges

This is to inform you that while purchasing items from Giriand co, Chennai through online on 11.10.2022, the bill amount was Rs.2673 whereas the RazorPay has debited Rs.2736.08 from my account. It is clearly a cheating act because without informing anything they are unauthorizing debiting the amount with out any basis is strictly to be addressed. The transaction details are as follows: Transaction ID is S52647131 dated 11.10.2022, ICCI Bank. kindly take necessary action and help us to refund the excess amount debited . Thanks with regards.
