[Resolved] Razorpay — wrong deduction from account | |||||
I had ordered food from foodwifi application on android phone in imphal city of manipur state. The total bill was 1020 rupees. After entering the correct otp the message displayed was "payment failed due to issuing bank is unavailable". This happened for 6 times and each time there has been a deduction of 1020 rupees from the bank account. A total of rs 6120 is deducted from my account on 13 october 2018. The delivery was never made and the amount is also not reverted back on my account. Razorpay customer service helpline is also not available and is not responsive. In Tatkal I booked a ticket, money got deducted from my account but IRCTC is showing that transaction is pending from bank end. How can I know weather my ticket is booked or not?
